This weekend, I stopped by the public library — my new favorite happy place – to return overdue books and pay off my $10 fine.
In bikram yoga class, the teacher will sometimes share the health benefits of the pose we’re holding. Since then I’ve been searching for a more comprehensive benefits guide to each of the 26 bikram poses and was excited to come across the book Yoga Anatomy.
While I wait for the book to be returned, I found a few others to keep me busy for the next month
I also got my Goodreads account and blog widget hooked-up and have about 45 books on my ‘to-read’ list. What a great site; I spent a good part of Saturday evening discovering and adding must-read books to my virtual bookshelves. I better get started with the books I borrowed….
